Nurse-Led Care
Our founder and Director, Mavis Payne, is a Registered Nurse and our delegating nurse. Clinical oversight is built into every shift — not an add-on you have to ask for.
Personal Care
Assistance with activities of daily living — bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, transferring — delivered by trained, compassionate staff with patience and respect.
Medication Management
Medications stored securely and administered on schedule by qualified staff, with regular oversight from our delegating nurse.
Meals & Nutrition
Three home-style meals a day plus snacks. Menus balance nutrition and what residents actually want to eat. Dietary needs accommodated — diabetic, low-sodium, mechanical soft, vegetarian, religious requirements.
Housekeeping & Laundry
Personal laundry and full housekeeping — done daily — so residents and families don't have to think about it.
Activities & Engagement
Daily activities, social gatherings, outings, and individualized engagement — calibrated to each resident's interests and abilities.
24/7 Supervision
Staff on-site around the clock with regular safety checks and emergency response protocols. You'll always be able to reach someone.
End-of-Life Care Coordination
When the time comes, we coordinate closely with hospice providers so residents can remain in the home they know, with the people who know them. We don't ask families to start over.
In-Home Care Option
If your loved one needs care at home, not a community.
Agatha Home Health is our sister agency — same family, same standards, different setting. We provide skilled nursing, home health aides, medication support, and post-hospital care wherever your loved one lives.
